The building and rooms have a beautiful view, and the location is excellent with a hilltop garden nearby and a great central area to enjoy.

we liked this great hotel and stayed here for 1 night. our a twin room was equipped with central heating, cable programming, and a refrigerator. the venue had a favourable location easy to get food around the area too. had brunch in the maclaren's irish pub, located nearby. the service provided there was excellent.

We found the noise from the street and rowdy locals to be a real downside, particularly when our room faced the road. It made it difficult to sleep or relax at times.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city center, near the Old City. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided excellent service. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms, with beautiful views of the city from the shared balcony. The location couldn't have been better, allowing me to easily explore the bustling streets of Tbilisi. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great start to the day.

The rooms are clean with new and luxurious bathrooms, and the staff is warm and friendly. They even provided snacks and drinks when there was a water shortage in the area.

Some guests reported ambient noise from nearby restaurants and bars during the night, which may disturb light sleepers.

Great location in the heart of the city center. Walking distance to main attractions, with a nice balcony to relax and enjoy the view. the staff, especially Bela, is accommodating and hospitable and offered us coffee and snacks during a water outage.

Some of the rooms can be noisy, especially those near the lobby or street. the initial room we were assigned was noisy and uncomfortable, but the staff was able to accommodate us in a better room.

One of the best things about this hotel is its fantastic location in the heart of the Old City. It's just a stone's throw away from numerous restaurants, bars, and attractions. You can easily plan your walking tour and explore the charming streets of the city.
